MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for our Lone Tree community. This role is a part-time front desk position supporting residents, families, and visitors with a welcoming, service-oriented approach.

Key duties include greeting guests, answering calls, routing messages, sorting mail, and handling basic office tasks. The environment emphasizes a caring culture, teamwork, and resident-first service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front desk/reception experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Typing, filing, use of copy machine, telephone systems, intercommunication system and office equipment.
• Be friendly, courteous, patient, and able to work well with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, families and residents; answer telephone and take messages.
• Sort and distribute mail; type files and handle correspondence.
• Adhere to resident rights and company policies.
• Use computers and office equipment as needed.
• Escort visitors when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
