Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador in Decatur, IL. This full-time 1st shift role (7am–3pm) combines customer service with security, including welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and controlling access to the site.

Responsibilities include patrols, reporting maintenance needs, incident response, and coordinating with emergency teams. A HS diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and a year of security experience are required. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You must be able to operate a motor vehicle
• You must have 1 year of Supervisor experience
• You must have 1 year of Security experience

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
