Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Manage access control and monitor entry points.
• Conduct patrols to identify risks and report findings.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

As a Security Ambassador - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Des Peres, Mo
• Set schedule: We have 2 shifts available
• Full-time, Wednesday through Saturday 3rd shift 8p.m. to 6a.m.
• Full-time, Saturday through Tuesday 2nd shift 2p.m. to 10p.m.

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Qualifications For Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You are able to operate motor vehicle
• You have 1 year of security experience
• You have 1 year of Supervisor experience
