GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Concierge Security Officer in Houston, TX. You will provide exceptional customer service, greet visitors, verify identities, and guide people while maintaining a secure environment across office towers and hotels.

The role emphasizes access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with emergency teams. A background check is required and background screening is extensive.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identities, guiding them as needed
• Manage access control and monitor entrances
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and maintain safety
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
