Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides visitors and verifies identities
• Manages access control
• Performs regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspects security equipment and reports maintenance needs
• Responds to incidents and coordinates with emergency teams
• Answers questions in person or by phone
• Writes incident reports and communicates security concerns
• Ensures safety of individuals and property
