GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Concierge Security Officer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role prioritizes welcoming guests, verifying identities, and guiding visitors across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will work Thursday through Sunday, 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) with a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, life insurance, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to walk for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer use
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and guiding guests
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Provide information in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
