GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide customer-focused guard services in a Concierge post at locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Florida class D license required

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
