Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join our team. The role emphasizes customer service while protecting people and property in environments like office towers, hotels and shopping centers.

Salary is $22.00 per hour with a Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am schedule (40 hours/week). Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability and life insurance. Uniform is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and direct guests
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
