GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access control, and conduct regular patrols to identify risks.

Based in Lexington, KY, this full-time role offers a set schedule on 2nd shift with competitive pay and a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, life and disability

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone and computer use
• State license if required
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
