Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a security or frontline role.
• Ability to verify identity, greet visitors, and direct them appropriately.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer use for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity to control access.
• Manage access control and monitor entry points.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and ensure safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Write clear incident reports and communicate security concerns to the team.
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
