GardaWorld Security Services in Frankfort, KY is seeking a friendly Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access, and patrol sites to identify risks.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular site patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
