GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on customer service, access control, and safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position offers full-time hours Fri–Mon, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with benefits and uniform provided.

You must be authorized to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, and pass a screening. Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity and guide them as needed
• Manage access control and monitor entry points
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
