Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Sacramento, CA. You will focus on customer service while safeguarding people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping environments.

Expect a 40-hour work week, $20 per hour, and a strong emphasis on welcoming visitors and controlling access. The right candidate will have 1 year of security experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid BSIS Guard Card with additional trainings where possible.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• BSIS Guard Card and additional trainings preferred
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Greet and verify visitors, manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
