GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Wilmington, DE. You will deliver exceptional customer service, welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests, while maintaining access control and safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role offers set schedules (8:00–16:00 or 12:00–24:00 for certain days), full-time hours, competitive pay, benefits, uniform provided, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Delaware security license is REQUIRED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior security experience.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors; verify identity and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
