As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc., across all shifts.

• Site Location: Canton, MS
• Schedule: Full Time, 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Sunday - Thursday
• Hourly wage: $16.91/hr (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (a plus)
• State license if required
