As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Site Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Greet visitors, verify identities, and guide them appropriately
• Manage access control points
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or via phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Security experience required
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Military, Law Enforcement, or security background is a plus
