Job Skills / Requirements

As a Concierge Security Officer there is a high focus in offering Premier Customer Service to residents and guest.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.


• Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an elite, high-touch hospitality environment (e.g., 5-star luxury hotels, ultra-luxury residential properties, premium private clubs, or high-end aviation/yachting).


• High school diploma


• Must pass comprehensive criminal background check, and drug screening.
