GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador! As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your ability to engage with others and build meaningful connections will be key to reassuring and inspiring confidence in visitors and staff.

• Part-time schedule: Sunday 3rd shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Hourly wage: $19/hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Ambassador

• Welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report issues
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate emergency responses
• Answer inquiries in person and by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (a plus)
• State license if required
