As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Site Location: St Louis, MO
• Set schedule: Part-Time, 2nd Shift, Friday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide them appropriately
• Manage access control procedures
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person and via phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
