GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in St. Peters, MO. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: St. Peters, Mo
• Set schedule: We have 3 positions available
• Full-time, Friday through Saturday 2nd shift 12p.m. to 8p.m. and Sunday through Monday 1st shift 7a.m. to 3p.m.
• Full-time, Friday through Saturday 2nd shift 3p.m. to 11p.m. and Sunday through Monday 2n shift 12p.m. to 8p.m.
• Part-time, Wednesday and Friday 2nd shift 12p.m. to 8p.m.
