• Concierge-level customer service knowledge.
• Ability to complete thorough investigations and reports.
• Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals.
• Write detailed incident reports following incidents or variances.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Oversee campus drop-offs/pick-ups and perimeter patrols.
• Provide response services related to emergencies and planning.
• Transport clients to/from locations or events.
• Secure residential perimeters and review CCTV; respond to alarms.
• Identify and elevate equipment deficiencies/failures.
• All other duties as assigned.
