Job summary

Stratton Amenities in San Diego seeks energetic Courtesy Patrol/Concierge professionals to secure luxury properties and enhance resident comfort. You will observe, report concerns, greet residents and guests, and deliver service while patrolling the grounds.

Strong communication, problem solving, and a neat appearance are required. Daily rounds and emergencies are coordinated with the Facilities Manager to keep a safe, welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Remain attentive to the surroundings and refrain from engaging in activities that may distract from work.
• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible.
• Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility.
• Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately).
• Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints.
• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director.
• Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community.
• Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day.

We are currently seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join our growing team as Courtesy Patrol/Concierge.

As a Courtesy Patrol Agent/Concierge, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our community and the safety of our tenants and team members. Your primary responsibility is to observe, detect, and report any security concerns to our chain of command. Additionally, your presence and ability to interact with residents and visitors while patrolling the facility contribute to their sense of comfort and well-being.
