Job summary

Milestone Retirement is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact in the community, greeting residents, families and visitors while supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions. You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

The role includes greeting and assisting residents and guests, scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and supporting tours and lead management activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or answering phones.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Assist with scheduling resident appointments and transportation schedule.
• Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks.
• Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance.
• Encourage resident participation in community activities.
• Set up activities in the evenings—movie or game nights, snacks and drinks.
• Occasionally assist serving staff with pouring drinks at meal times.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.
• Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
