Job summary

Milestone is seeking a friendly Concierge (Receptionist) to be the welcoming face of our senior living community. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, and help maintain a professional lobby environment.

As the first point of contact, you will support sales, marketing, and business office tasks, coordinate tours, and assist with resident documentation while upholding Milestone’s standards for care and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks
• Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance
• Encourage resident participation in community activities
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required
• Follow and communicate company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

About the Role
