Location: Norman, OK

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Shift Options

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and follow up on their needs.
• Set at least 10 appointments daily for account executives.
• Update client information and track interactions in the system.
• Send out letters and information packets for cross-selling opportunities.
• Gather referrals and maintain communication with new leads.

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
• Insurance or sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
