Milestone is hiring a Concierge (Receptionist) to be the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and support sales, marketing, and business-office functions to keep the community welcoming and professional.

The role requires prior customer service or phone-answering experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. First Aid certification and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Answer calls and route them professionally.
• Monitor lobby and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist marketing and sales with tours, inquiries, Lead Management Program tasks.
• Support business office with resident documentation and file maintenance.
• Encourage resident participation in community activities.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Must be 18 years or older; First Aid certification required.

About the Role

As the first point of contact at the community, the Concierge provides exceptional customer service, greeting residents, families, and visitors while supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions. You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• First Aid certification required
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
