Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Concierge for The Blake at Panama City Beach, a part-time evening role (4pm-8pm) delivering high-level hospitality and front-desk support in a resort-style senior living environment.

You will greet residents, visitors and staff, manage calls, keep the lobby tidy, assist with activities, and handle simple office tasks with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Two years general office experience, including reception experience.
• Experience with older adult population preferred.
• Professional and polished with proper grammar and pleasant voice tone.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail; able to multi-task and handle interruptions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer high level hospitality to residents, guests and employees as the first impression.
• Operate front desk with courteous phone greetings and visitor directions.
• Keep lobby and front porch clean and welcoming.
• Assist with lobby activities and weekend/evening events.

We are currently looking for a Concierge for The Blake at Panama City Beach

Primary Responsibilities of the Concierge (PT 4pm-8pm):

• Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees, you are our first impression.


• Fulfills front desk responsibilities to include answering the phone courteously with proper greetings and directs visitors appropriately, to ensure appropriate in/out procedures are followed


• Ensures that lobby and front porch area is clean and free of trash


• Assist with activities conducted in the lobby near phone and front door and leading of weekend/evening activities when less traffic occurs.


• Assist with other general office tasks upon request.
