Welcome to The Belgrove in West Palm Beach, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We are hiring a Concierge for our Guest Services team to create memorable stays and deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will be engaging, possess strong local knowledge, and excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll build relationships with local vendors and collaborate across departments to WOW guests and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and attentive.
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally, assisting other departments as needed.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.

The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Your Role:
