Northwood Ravin in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to greet residents, prospects and visitors with a smile, answer leasing inquiries, and provide information about community amenities.

You will maintain a high level of professionalism, help create a welcoming environment, support rent growth, and ensure lobby areas are clean and organized. The role requires a friendly, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced apartment community.

• Greet residents, prospects and visitors with a smile, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Meet the needs of prospective and current residents in person, over the phone or via email with tasks including leasing information and service requests.
• Maintain high professionalism in appearance, demeanor and customer service.
• Create an environment where residents receive value that supports high retention and rent growth.
• Keep lobby clean and presentable during shift; maintain workspace free of clutter.
• Maintain coffee stations with proper supplies and cleanliness.
