Job summary

Design Line Construction (DLC) in San Francisco seeks a Project Coordinator for the Concierge Service Department to support small remodel projects and client concierge needs. The role emphasizes professional client interaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.

You will respond to client requests, coordinate service teams, manage schedules, warranties, and documentation, and provide tailored, high-level service to exclusive clients. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of construction administration support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Exposure to Spectrum, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheets and Centriq (or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

• Provide project admin support to PM and field teams.
• Track logs, submittals, RFIs, and invoices.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Travel to construction sites as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and quality focus.
