Job summary

Design Line Construction (DLC) is seeking a Project Engineer for the Concierge Service Department to support high-end residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines typical PE duties (60%) with concierge tasks (40%), reporting to the Concierge Service Manager.

You will coordinate client requests, schedule services, track correspondence, and work with a skilled team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The position is salaried, full-time and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of construction administration experience.
• Ability to read plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience with Spectrum, Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate flow of project information.
• Draft and distribute meeting notes.
• Log, distribute and track plans and contract documentation.
• Distribute and track RFPs.
• Draft and distribute subcontracts, purchase orders, and CCOs.
• Review invoices and lien waivers.
• Monitor progress and final lien waivers from subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain logs and project documentation.
• Travel to construction sites and attend OAC meetings when necessary.
• Update information in Spectrum, Procore and Dropbox.
• Project closeout with subcontractors to obtain final documents.
• Archive documents and compile Owner’s Manual at close of project.
• Other duties as directed by Project Manager, CEO, or Finance/Admin team
