Qualifications
- Board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois.
- Strong background in lifestyle medicine, preventative health, or performance optimization preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level, personalized care with comprehensive assessments and ongoing high-touch support.
- Provide proactive, preventative, and performance-focused care integrating lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and recovery.
- Serve as a health coach and guide using education, data, and science-backed interventions.
