Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in concierge, direct primary care, functional, integrative, preventive, lifestyle or longevity medicine.
• Strong bedside manner and ability to build trust with engaged patients.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only practice with longer appointment times.
• Manage patient panels with a target around 200 patients for base compensation, with potential for 400+.
• Work four clinical days per week plus a remote/off-site administrative day.
• Collaborate with a physician-led team with strong RN and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient experience.
