Job summary

Private Medical, a physician-led concierge practice, seeks physicians to oversee comprehensive health and well-being for members. You will work in a team-based architecture with regular huddles to plan patient care and collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team, including a nurse and patient care administrator.

Physicians enjoy relationship-focused care, access to renowned centers, and flexible scheduling within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year accredited medical school.
• Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics program.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed M.D.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
• Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries.
• Provide well checks and house calls.
• Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care.
• Track and review health status and well-being.
• Lead a team comprising a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator.
• Create personalized reports to help patients navigate their health goals.
