Job summary

Greenbrook Medical in Tampa Bay is growing and seeking physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics to serve as primary care providers across new and expansion clinics.

You will care for a patient panel of about 500 Medicare Advantage patients, with 30–45 minute visits focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy aging, while leveraging a reduced administrative burden and cross-functional support from MAs and coders.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related primary care specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility is required.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in primary care, managed care, value-based care, or related residency program.
• Experience caring for Medicare Advantage populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care focused on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with medical assistants, care managers, specialists, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Lead care plan discussions and ensure smooth transitions across the healthcare continuum.
• Identify and close care gaps to improve quality metrics.
• Document care accurately using Epic or eClinicalWorks and support coding education.
