Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is building the new standard in senior primary care across Tampa Bay. This role focuses on delivering relationship-based care with a 500-patient panel, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and high-quality outcomes.

You will work with a team designed to minimize administrative burden and enhance patient engagement. We offer base salary with reviews and clinic performance bonuses, aiming toward a total compensation around $300k in the first years and potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related primary care.
• Board certified or board eligible (board eligibility required).
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy aging.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Identify and close care gaps to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic or eClinicalWorks to document care and coordinate with the team.
