QSL Management is seeking a dependable Part-Time Concierge for The Barclay at Tuckahoe in New York. The role focuses on weekend shifts with occasional 3:00pm–11:00pm weekday coverage, delivering high-level hospitality to residents, guests, and staff.

You will handle front desk duties, maintain a tidy lobby, assist with activities, and perform general office tasks as requested. Requires a caring approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline hospitality to residents, guests and staff as first impression.
• Answer and direct calls, manage front desk procedures for in/out traffic.
• Ensure lobby areas are clean and welcoming.
• Assist with lobby activities and weekend/evening events when traffic is light.

We are seeking a dependable and customer-service-focused Part-Time Concierge to join our team.

This position will primarily work weekends; however, weekday availability for occasional 3:00pm-11:00pm shift is also required.

We are currently looking for a Concierge for The Barclay at Tuckahoe

Primary Responsibilities of the Concierge:

• Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees, you are our first impression.
• Fulfills front desk responsibilities to include answering the phone courteously with proper greetings and directs visitors appropriately, to ensure appropriate in/out procedures are followed
• Ensures that lobby and front porch area is clean and free of trash
• Assist with activities conducted in the lobby near phone and front door and leading of weekend/evening activities when less traffic occurs.
• Assist with other general office tasks upon request.

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years general office experience, including reception experience.
• Experience working with the older adult population (preferred)
• Professional and polished with proper grammar skills and pleasant voice tone.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Must be attentive to details, able to multi-task, and work with multiple interruptions.
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Word (preferred).
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules in 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays as requested.
