Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills is seeking a curious and passionate Concierge to build genuine relationships with worldly clientele at our Rodeo location. As the first in-store contact, you will set the tone for the client’s experience, greeting every client with courtesy and integrity.

You will work with the Client Experience team and store colleagues to ensure a seamless, personalized journey, keeping calendars and events up to date and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate relationships with clients by understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate departments and universes.
• Be the client’s first contact in-store and set the tone for the client experience with courtesy and integrity.

Louis Vuitton is seeking curious and passionate Concierge with a passion for building a genuine relationship with our worldly clientele to join our teams at our Rodeo location.

Job responsibilities

As a Concierge, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The Concierge is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

Profile

The ideal Concierge will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $26-$30 plus the opportunity for bonus, various paid time off programs*, two retirement plans both with employer contributions*, and employee discount/perks. *pending hours worked
