Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN, is seeking a hospitality‑focused part‑time Concierge to warmly welcome residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors and service providers. You are the first face visitors see, setting a friendly tone for our senior living community.

Schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3p to 8p. Daily duties include answering calls, resolving resident and guest requests, accepting deliveries, logging packages, preparing maintenance work orders, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Will consider Jr or Sr in high school or college students.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3p-8p

Daily responsibilities of a Concierge

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Pay range starting at $17 an hour
