Job summary

American Airlines Center in Dallas is seeking a Premium Services guest assistant to administer premium customer service programs for Platinum Premier Suite and Seat holders and their guests. You will greet guests, direct them to amenities, and identify concerns and requests during events.

  • Ability to use related Premium Services equipment such as black-lights, hole punchers, hand stamps and radios.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up Luxury Suite and Platinum Seats with game/event materials.
  • Regulates crowd control and safety of AAC spectators by assisting with ticket checks, monitoring guests and alcohol intake
  • Provides excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Assists with duplicate ticket issues on Premium Levels
  • Appears approachable and courteous at all times
  • Answers any questions Platinum and all Suite Levels guests may have
  • Recommends food and beverage selections
  • Provides any other services on event nights that American Airlines Center may require

Position Overview

Administers premium customer service programs for Platinum Premier Suite and Seat holders and their guests. Interacts with Platinum Premier Members and American Airlines Center guests to identify and satisfy concerns, needs and suggestions. Greets and directs all guests to various locations and amenities in the building, luxury suites and club seats.

Essential Functions

Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Enforces health and safety building protocols and policies
  • Requires extensive mobility to walk and to stand for up to 6 hrs without a set break
  • Requires extensive mobility to walk up and down aisles and stairs for up to 6 hours per event and to move quickly between floors and in and out of suites
  • Requires the ability to use hands and fingers to handle/feel tickets and to hold related equipment
  • Requires ability to see in order to identify tickets validity, seat locations and potential safety or security situations
  • Position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 25-75 lbs with assistance
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, the noise level may be loud during events
  • Position is exposed to outdoor weather conditions on occasion
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Requires direct interface with guests, employees, and other visitors
