Location: San Francisco, CA.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

Pay: $25/hr.

Summary

Planned Companies’ clients value welcoming tenants, guests, and vendors as much as maintaining a safe and presentable property. To achieve this, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure excellent service and support for all.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
2. Build and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences based on their needs, including:
3. Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
4. Organizing on-site events.
5. Providing directions, referrals, and helping access local attractions, dining, retail, sports, and transportation services.
6. Managing mail, deliveries, and vendor services securely and accurately.
7. Answering phones, monitoring the lobby, and controlling keys and access cards.
8. This is a standing position.
9. High-level customer service is essential; candidates should avoid distractions like phone use or leaning.
10. Must sign NDA and fair housing agreements.
11. Meet with the on-site manager (virtually) for a virtual meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• A passion for providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, confident, and able to multitask with good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
