• Provide customer service to patients via visits, emails, calls, text, and telehealth.
• Perform LVN tasks: vitals, IVs, specimens, meds, vaccinations, basic assessments.
• Coordinate day-to-day patient care: scheduling, follow-ups, care plans.
• Attend offsite medical appointments to deliver patient care.
• Oversee patient intake and registration before appointments.
• Support Athena Health and MOSAIQ workflows: data entry, check-ins, insurance.
• Triage inquiries across online platforms and respond promptly.
• Communicate appointment changes and cancellations to patients.
