Job summary

Beverly Hills Cancer Center is seeking a compassionate LVN to join our care team in Beverly Hills, CA. You will liaise between patients, providers, and the Program Director, delivering personalized care throughout the patient journey.

Key duties include patient intake, vitals, IV administration, EMR documentation in Athenahealth, and coordinating care plans. Strong communication and empathy are essential in our fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license required.
• 1–2 years clinical experience; oncology or imaging preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with multiple digital platforms in a fast-paced team environment.
• IV certification and IV experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service across in-person visits, emails, calls, text, and telehealth.
• Perform LVN clinical tasks: vitals, IVs, specimen collection, medications, vaccinations, basic assessments.
• Coordinate day-to-day patient care and care plan implementation.
• Attend offsite medical appointments to provide patient care.
• Oversee patient intake and registration and ensure full check-in.
• Triage and respond to customer inquiries across platforms.
• Monitor communications from organization devices and platforms in real time.
• Support care team projects as directed by Program Director.
• Collaborate with care team to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
