Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN to work with a concierge physician for corporate clients. You will perform front and back-office duties, assess patients, report changes to the physician, and ensure resources are available for successful patient care.

The role supports a high-visibility patient experience and satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include patient intake, charting in EMR, venipuncture, lab coordination, and assistance with procedures.

Qualifications

• LPN license and BLS certification required.
• High school diploma with formal practical nursing training.
• Ability to administer injections, perform EKGs and basic office-based procedures.
• Must have phlebotomy skills and professional nursing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess patients; relay information to physician.
• Record assessments into Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform venipuncture and basic lab tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure patient comfort.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, referrals, and communications.
