Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant at the Renaissance Indianapolis North. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for elite guests, set up food displays, maintain lounge cleanliness, and provide exceptional service.

The role emphasizes local area knowledge, clear communication, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers an evening schedule (4pm – 10:30pm, Sunday through Thursday), full-time benefits, and a $500 sign-on bonus distributed across 30 and 90 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set and maintain food displays in the Club Lounge.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Club Lounge area.
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine engagement.
• Establish relationships with local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Assist other departments and communicate information to the manager on duty.
• Support and promote hotel programs and guest satisfaction through proactive service.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and contribute to guest recovery when needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.

Schedule for this position is 4pm - 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday. This is considered a full time position, eligible for full time benefits. Guests of the Club Lounge frequently tip.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Club Lounge Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests by creating a welcoming atmosphere for our elite guest, setting up food, maintaining the lounge and connecting with them. The Club Lounge Attendant is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role:

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience

• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right

• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed
