Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Club Lounge Attendant for the Renaissance Indianapolis North. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, set up food displays, and ensure lounge cleanliness and safety, delivering exceptional service to our elite guests.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It offers full-time benefits and a schedule from 4pm to 10:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing and engaging personality required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain food displays and lounge setup.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Club Lounge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Build relationships with local area restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Help resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments and share pertinent information with the manager on duty.
