Job summary

AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a Longevity & Hormone Optimization Provider (NP, PA-C, or MD/DO) to join a growing wellness practice focused on preventative medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and longevity care. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking HRT and related services, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

The role requires strong patient education, collaboration with a four-provider team, and the ability to explain

Qualifications

• Active NP, PA-C, or MD/DO license.
• Experience with or strong interest in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing hormones, aging, weight management, and wellness topics.
• Interest in preventative, regenerative, and longevity medicine.
• Ability to build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking HRT and related services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Prescribe therapies and oversee weight-loss programs with GLP-1 or similar agents.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a four-provider clinical team to deliver concierge-style care.
