Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Part-time Concierge to assist guests with information, bookings, and special requests at the hotel. You will welcome guests, answer questions about services, and ensure smooth, courteous interactions throughout their stay.

Under the Director of Hotel Operations, you will act as an ambassador for the guest services team, guide guests professionally, and handle a variety of duties, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong math skills for position responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Giving guests knowledgeable information on Hotel products and services and executing all guests’ requests.
• Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property.
• Act as an ambassador for the guest services department.
• Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
