You'll oversee medications, RN delegation, and guide caregiver teams while partnering with marketing liaisons to welcome new clients.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health or related setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Deliver concierge nursing care with a personal touch tailored to each client.
• Oversee medications with safety and accuracy.
• Oversee RN delegation, training, and support for caregivers.
• Collaborate with caregiver teams to provide clinical guidance.
• Partner with marketing liaisons to support new client transitions and client experience.
• Respond quickly to changing client needs with calm, compassionate approach.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
