SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking a hotel Concierge to create memorable guest experiences and act as a local guide for attractions and events in the Logan, Utah area. The role emphasizes guest service, information delivery, and fostering a welcoming concierge lounge.

Expect to work with a team, provide food and beverage service, and adapt to scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, all to ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay at our hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge or local events experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create incredible memories for guests.
• Build local contacts and be in the know on local area to provide information to guests.
• Provide recommendations for sights and activities; stay up to date on services and attractions.
• Ensure Concierge lounge is inviting and clean.
• Provide food and beverage services, ensuring quality and presentation; assist with alcohol service.
